Community Food Bank.
Operating since October, 1972, the Blaine Food Bank provides food to any adult and/or family who presents proof of residence in the Blaine, Birch Bay, and Custer, WA areas without regard to ethnicity or financial background.
Blaine Food Bank is managed entirely through all-volunteer participation.
