To schedule an appointment, call between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday.

An appointment will be made for the same day between 12:00 and 2:00 PM.
Additional hours from 4:00 to 7:00 PM are available on the second Tuesday of the month.
Requires a photo ID from the head of household, and proof of current address dated within the previous sixty days.

Identification is also required for each member of household.
For children, birth certificates, school ID or medical cards are accepted.

Be a resident of White Bear Lake Schools, District 624, which includes all of White BearLake, White Bear Township, Gem Lake, Birchwood Village, and parts ofHugo, Vadnais Heights, and North Oaks.
