The door is open daily at 12:00
Dinner is served daily from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Dine In or Take Out
They will give you the option of "dining in" or being able to take the same meal they serve to their guests home to eat.
The intent of this service is to better serve hungry people/families who are low-income with housing, senior's trying to stretch their budgets, etc.
Dinners for the evening will only be given out from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Unfortunately, due to Department of Health and Safety Guidelines "Take-out" meals are not available to people who are "homeless" and do not have the ability to store food at proper temperatures and/or able to re-heat.
The Upper Room has been providing free meals to the hungry people of El Dorado County since 2002.
They serve all people regardless of race, religion, gender, income or age 365 days a year.
They are a non-profit (501.c3) charity that partners with more than 16 different faith based and civic organizations in the local community.
