Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00 p.m.5:00 p.m.

Thursdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m.3:00 p.m.

Documents:

Fill out an application form (2 pages) and bring in Identification for everyone that will go on your card, bring in proof of income and proof of address.

If you do not have all this information and need food,  bring what you have into our office to qualify.
