Dare to Care Food Bank is an interfaith agency, and is the Louisville area's only community-wide emergency food provider.

The food bank relies on donations of food, money, and volunteer services to meet the ever-growing challenges of fulfilling our mission

. With aspecial emphasis on the needs of infants and children, the elderly, and the ill and infirm, they offer a variety of crucial programs that have been established to help fulfill that mission

. Dare to Care Food Bank partners with more than 320 nonprofit food pantries and emergency kitchens and shelters in a 13 county area in Kentucky and southernIndiana.
