Must be on the east side of the city of North Cleveland on Euclid Avenue to avail the service .
Required Documentation:
Photo ID: Driver's License, Public Assistance ID, State ID Card, Proof of Address/Residence: Two or three month's utility bills are accepted.
Hours of operation:
4th Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
For emergencies, service available at any time by appointment.
During November and December, the service is offered Saturday before the holiday.
