Provides a food pantry.
Serves: 44103.
Client can come to either Tuesday or Thursday hours, not both.
No new customers are accepted in November and December.
Required documentation: Driving licence or other photo identification for adult family members.
For children, Social Security cards, birth certificates, or Medicaid cards.
Proof of Residence - Postage stamped current mail, rent bill, utility bill.
Proof of income: 3-4 pay stubs if working, or letter from other income source.
Hours of operation:
Tuesday and Thursday during the last full week of the month 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm means the last week of the month in which they fall out of the month Monday to Friday, so service days may fall on the last or next last Tuesday or Thursday of the month).
Emergency clients are accepted on Sunday 2;00 pm - 3:00 pm when Coordinator is available.
