Founded in 1955, God's Pantry Food Bank's mission is to reduce hunger inKentucky through community cooperation making the best possible use of all available resources.
God's Pantry collects and distributes donated food to agencies across central and eastern Kentucky.
God's Pantry works with over 390 partner agency programs to fight hunger and alleviate the symptoms that accompany it.
For the fiscal year 2008, they distributed more than 15 million pounds of food and grocery products to their member agencies and individuals in need.
God's Pantry Food Bank is dedicated to reducing hunger in Kentucky through community cooperation making the best possible use of all available resources.
God's Pantry serves 49counties of central and eastern KY as a member of America's SecondHarvest - the Nation's Food Bank Network.
